We love where we live! IOTECH is a Nanaimo, British Columbia based company established in January 2013 and operated by longtime Nanaimo resident Marc Lippingwell.

Although IOTECH may be relatively new, Marc has enjoyed servicing and supporting small business and home users on Vancouver Island for more than 15 years. He has earned his Microsoft MCP MCSA, SCNP, Linux+ and Sonicwall certifications.

Marc has worked with hundreds of small business and residential customers on Vancouver Island as well as remote community businesses in Mexico.

In the words of Marc, “Opening  my own was quite unexpected, but  has turned into another one of life’s wonderful journeys. I take pride in working with each user and business personally , investing the time to fully understand individual needs, overcome any limitations and deliver service above expectations.”

“I have a great love of the outdoors, including golfing and running, and challenging myself to some  gruelling marathons and ultra marathons. I have a passion for camping and I love to travel. Central America anyone? Our remote services are perfect for snowbirds”.
