• Lost Data Recovery. Have you lost precious information including family photos?  Let us get it back for you. We charge by the hour for the time invested, but only if we can retrieve the data.

• Troubleshooting & Repair. Are you having problems with slow downs, freezes, crashes or worse? We can work with you remotely, we can visit your home, or you can drop off your computer for off-site repair.

• Computer Cleaning. From virus scans and removal to cleaning of your computer, we can make it gleam virtually and physically.

• Software* and Hardware Installation.  We can get you up and running quickly.

• Additional Services include router installation and secure wireless network  configuration, testing wireless devices to ensure connectivity (laptop, TV, phone), computer training (individual or group), and even configuration of your new Start TV or Smart Phone.

Hourly Rates

• In-home repair services are billed hourly at $79.95**

• Depot and Remote Support for systems with functioning internet are billed hourly at $59.95**

Seniors receive a 10% discount on all services.

*Software updates and licensing of software other than Windows and MS Office is billed on an hourly basis.

**Hourly services are billed in increments of 15 minutes. GST applies to all charges. BC PST applies to all charges except Remote Support. Billed in Canadian Dollars.
